The images of the products were clearly altered compared to what I actually received. Shipping took a month, with no indication that it was coming from overseas. I was expected to pay for return shipping without being informed of the address or the costs involved. Only after they receive the returned item do they decide how to process the refund—back to the original payment method or as store credit, which feels unfair. Why would I spend money to return this substandard product just to get store credit for more subpar items? The marketing on social media had me deceived. This is the worst jewelry I've ever purchased. I thought I was getting a deal at $115, but it turned out to be a total rip-off. The quality is worse than cheap jewelry from discount stores. Avoid this seller at all costs.
