I like the looks of the pieces, although they are not as substantial as they look in the pictures, but they tarnish and are not holding up color wise. A couple of the pieces came so brassy that I can’t wear them and there’s a few sharp edges and the ones that I do like and have been wearing consistently have not held up with the finish. The finish has dulled and has turned a very yucky color so I am not impressed at all.
One of my necklaces arrived broken and all they did was apologize to the inconvenience, didn’t replace it or offer to fix it. Another one of them broke after I wore it a couple of times and they didn’t even respond to that and then a ring I have had for one year is losing all its color. This jewelry is not made to last. It’s just more over priced costume jewelry.
I wish I could rate this lower. I ordered a necklace and paid for it but never received it. They claim it was delivered, but after multiple emails, I received the same unhelpful response with no solution. This service is unacceptable. I strongly advise against purchasing from them. Additionally, after my fourth email, it seems my messages stopped going through as they bounced back. I placed my order in early December, and as of January 8th, I still have not received my item.
The only positive aspect of this jewelry is the attractive packaging. Unfortunately, the actual pieces are poorly made and resemble brass. I ordered seven items, and none are worth more than a few dollars. Two necklaces arrived with broken clasps, and the rings were definitely not the right size. They have the quality of items you'd find in a children's section at a store. I ended up discarding them. Don't waste your money on this!
Fraudulent experience! I ordered a set of jewelry, but the tracking number was non-functional, consistently showing “unknown to unknown.” After reaching out via email, I received a generic response stating my order was flagged and would be reshipped. Ten days went by with no updates, and when I emailed again, I got the same generic reply. I have since disputed the charge with my credit card company. Complete fraud!

The images of the products were clearly altered compared to what I actually received. Shipping took a month, with no indication that it was coming from overseas. I was expected to pay for return shipping without being informed of the address or the costs involved. Only after they receive the returned item do they decide how to process the refund—back to the original payment method or as store credit, which feels unfair. Why would I spend money to return this substandard product just to get store credit for more subpar items? The marketing on social media had me deceived. This is the worst jewelry I've ever purchased. I thought I was getting a deal at $115, but it turned out to be a total rip-off. The quality is worse than cheap jewelry from discount stores. Avoid this seller at all costs.
