One of my lamps (purchased in March 2025) has stopped charging and functioning. I’m trying to contact the support team to see if I can get it fixed or replaced, as this malfunction occurred unexpectedly and is not my fault. I want to clarify that the issue is not with the charger since another lamp is charging normally with the same cable. However, it's been days without any response from them, and I’m unsure of what to do. I hope this message prompts a reply and leads to a replacement for my defective lamp.
