I’m very disappointed with the service. I bought a lamp in Hong Kong, which was already quite expensive, and after a few years, the switch stopped working, rendering the lamp unusable. Customer service provided no real assistance. Instead, they charged me a significant amount just for replacement parts (even after a discount). The process has been excruciatingly slow, and I have to hire an electrician myself to install the parts. For a premium brand, this level of service is unacceptable. Beautiful design does not excuse poor quality and lack of support, even if the location is far from their headquarters. I expected much more and will not be purchasing from them again.
