QUALITY: Rough fabric that caused skin irritation. RETURN EXPERIENCE: After acknowledging my return request and collecting the items, the company has been extremely inconsistent in communication. They initially claimed they hadn’t received the returns, but after I provided proof, they admitted to having the items. Despite promising to process my refund, it has yet to be issued. This feels incredibly dishonest as they haven’t fulfilled their own promises. I've been diligent in following up every two days, but their responses have been inadequate. The last message I received assured me the refund would be processed within a week, but that hasn’t happened. I don’t recommend this company; it has been a terrible experience.

We’ve never asked our clients to leave reviews. Not because we don’t care—but because we do. Deeply. At Loulou, every word they share feels sacred. It’s not marketing. It’s memory. A whisper of a wedding, a stolen moment before a party, the quiet confidence of putting on something made just for you.
Founded in 2012 by Andra Turcanu, Loulou took a step back in early 2024. And then—like all great love stories—it came back. In 2025, with a sharper eye, a slower hand, and a renewed promise: to make clothing with soul.
We don’t do stock. We don’t do shortcuts. Every piece begins after you place your order—cut, sewn, and hand-finished by our all-women atelier across Europe. It’s fashion that waits for no one—except you.
We call it Couture with a Conscience. A kind of modern romance between instinct and craftsmanship.
And yes—your piece may carry subtle variations. That’s its fingerprint. Proof that it was made by human hands, not machines.
This isn’t fast fashion.
It’s a love letter in fabric.
And if you’re here, it’s because it spoke to you too.See more
