Beware of this service!

I ordered a top from this service back in May. When it arrived a week later, it didn't fit me, so I returned it the very next day, following all their stated procedures. To expedite the return, I even covered the cost of express courier shipment myself. And what happened? I never received my refund.
Not after a week.
Not after a month.
Not after six months.
And still nothing today. During this time, they continually promised via email, messaging apps, and social media that the refund was “on the way.” They kept stalling, making excuses, and offering empty reassurances. To make matters worse, they eventually restricted comments on their social media posts, indicating that many others have likely complained about not receiving their refunds. After looking into other reviews, it’s clear that this is not a unique situation — it appears to be a recurring issue and potentially a fraudulent operation. As the brand is located in Romania, an EU country, they are legally required to follow EU consumer protection laws.
This situation breaches several EU regulations, including: EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights,
which states that: • Customers have the right to return an online purchase within 14 days. • Sellers must issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item. • Any delays by the seller are direct violations of EU consumer law. I have all the proof:
– purchase evidence,
– return evidence,
– courier receipts,
– tracking confirmation,
– and full correspondence where they repeatedly assured me of a refund. Yet the money has still not been returned.

I regret not reading the reviews before purchasing from this company. They clearly sell low-quality items at inflated prices, disguising them as sales to justify not issuing refunds. I ordered what I thought was a beautiful skirt for £30, down from £75, but it arrived looking cheap and nothing like the picture. I will take further action until this fraudulent site is shut down. Please do not order from them.

POOR QUALITY & SERVICE - STILL NO REFUND SINCE APRIL

QUALITY: Rough fabric that caused skin irritation. RETURN EXPERIENCE: After acknowledging my return request and collecting the items, the company has been extremely inconsistent in communication. They initially claimed they hadn’t received the returns, but after I provided proof, they admitted to having the items. Despite promising to process my refund, it has yet to be issued. This feels incredibly dishonest as they haven’t fulfilled their own promises. I've been diligent in following up every two days, but their responses have been inadequate. The last message I received assured me the refund would be processed within a week, but that hasn’t happened. I don’t recommend this company; it has been a terrible experience.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE

This has been the worst retail experience I've ever had. I ordered two dresses for over $2700. One arrived late, and the other never showed up. There was no acknowledgment or apology from the company. The dress I did receive didn’t fit at all, despite being 'made to order for my measurements,' and it looked cheap. When I realized they hadn’t refunded me for either the returned dress or the one that never arrived, I contacted customer service repeatedly, but they ignored me. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. This company should not exist—AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They should be ashamed of their products and service.

I've been waiting almost a month…

I've been waiting almost a month for a cardigan that cost £38 and was supposed to be delivered within 5 working days. I contacted customer service, but they keep giving me one excuse after another. They are even refusing to cancel my order and issue a refund. I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone!

I can't believe I fell for this…

I can't believe I was so foolish to buy from this fraudulent website. I paid 475 euros for a hoodie and shorts set, and when there were no delivery notifications, I started to suspect something was wrong. I sent them three emails with no response. After checking reviews, I realized it was a total scam! I've reported them to the platform and my bank and will continue to report them wherever possible. Update: The company finally replied after I filed a claim. Their explanation was hard to believe since I had already tried to reach them multiple times. I did receive a partial refund of 130 euros out of 475 and had to ask for the rest. They sent me photos of the set on another client, and I’m glad I didn’t end up with it.
