After checking reviews, I realized it was a total scam! I've reported them to the platform and my bank and will continue to report them wherever possible. Update: The company finally replied after I filed a claim. Their explanation was hard to believe since I had already tried to reach them multiple times. I did receive a partial refund of 130 euros out of 475 and had to ask for the rest. They sent me photos of the set on another client, and I’m glad I didn’t end up with it.
