I usually love this clothing line and have many shirts and sets from this company however I had been given a shirt for my birthday and had worn it and washed it only 3 times. I followed the instructions on how to wash properly but when I went to put the shirt on it had holes in it. I then lost the shirt for a little bit and found it again so I reached out to lounge to see if there was any compensation for it. They told me since I bought the item “too long ago” they could not offer me anything. I had explained I only wore it 3 times and it’s still in perfect condition other than the holes, you can tell it wasn’t from “wear and tear”. Knowing this I will not be buying from there again. They are expensive items and if they don’t cover a compensation after the item has been damaged and you follow their “care for” instructions then I would not be spending my money on them… very unfortunate.
