I usually love this clothing line and have many shirts and sets from this company however I had been given a shirt for my birthday and had worn it and washed it only 3 times. I followed the instructions on how to wash properly but when I went to put the shirt on it had holes in it. I then lost the shirt for a little bit and found it again so I reached out to lounge to see if there was any compensation for it. They told me since I bought the item “too long ago” they could not offer me anything. I had explained I only wore it 3 times and it’s still in perfect condition other than the holes, you can tell it wasn’t from “wear and tear”. Knowing this I will not be buying from there again. They are expensive items and if they don’t cover a compensation after the item has been damaged and you follow their “care for” instructions then I would not be spending my money on them… very unfortunate.

Although my item was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address (a fault of the delivery service), the response from the staff was outstanding. After I reported the missing item, a representative reached out to me right away to inform me that an investigation was in progress and reassured me that everything would be sorted out. Thankfully, my parcel was eventually delivered by a neighbor a few days later. The service is as fantastic as their products! ❤️ Thank you.
I encountered a problem with a delivery that was marked as delivered but never arrived in my mailbox. Initially, it was somewhat frustrating, as the circumstances were complicated by timing and the delivery method. However, after I explained my situation and shared the required details, the support team assessed my case and promptly addressed it fairly by issuing a refund. I truly appreciate their effort to reevaluate the matter and arrive at a sensible resolution.
Initially, it felt like they were indifferent, and I often received the same responses regarding my issue. However, the last representative assisted me after I provided the receipt for a return I had sent quite some time ago. It did take about a month and a half to receive the money, but overall, their support was helpful.

An item was missing from my order, and the bag was taped but still had a tear. I contacted customer service immediately, and the next morning I received a response. The representative was very helpful and provided me with several options. Later that same day, I received an update that the missing sweater is on its way.
