It was a visit on Thursday 5th March @ 12.49pm to the Trafford Centre Lounge store that needs to be shared in my opinion.
I was immediately greeted on entering the premises by a lady called Kiana. She very quickly made me feel at ease, as being a guy in a ladies underwear store was unfamiliar territory for me. She listened to my requirements, advised me on them and showed me several products, giving relevant delivery timeframes when not currently held in stock. Furthermore she found a way of allowing me to purchase items without the the need for the recipient to be contacted prior, so when recieved by them it would be a total surprise.
Kiana’s product knowledge, attention to detail, warmth and customer focus in my opinion is best described by the late Tina Turner “Simply the Best”.
Thank you Lounge for finding and employing Kiana, hang on to her as I feel she’d be very hard to replace.
