First time ordering here and honestly very disappointed.

This brand presents itself as a high-end label, but the service does not reflect that at all. Maybe my expectations were a bit too high, but I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect timely processing and clear communication.

The products appear beautiful and high quality on the surface, but this entire process does not align with that. Sale or no sale.

I actually wanted to order earlier, but the website was temporarily blocked due to the sale. I eventually placed an order during the sale, with a note saying things might take “a bit longer.”

We are now nearing the end of the week and my order still hasn’t been shipped. They are also unable to provide any clear indication of when it will be.

To me, this does not align with the image of a brand that claims quality and service.

Eerste keer dat ik hier bestel en eerlijk gezegd erg teleurgesteld.

Dit merk profileert zich als een high-end label, maar de service sluit daar totaal niet op aan. Misschien waren mijn verwachtingen iets te hoog, maar ik vind het niet onredelijk om tijdige verwerking en duidelijke communicatie te verwachten.

De producten ogen mooi en van hoge kwaliteit, maar dit hele proces staat daar haaks op. Sale of geen sale.

Ik wilde eigenlijk al eerder bestellen, maar toen was de website tijdelijk geblokkeerd vanwege de sale. Uiteindelijk heb ik tijdens de sale besteld, met de melding dat het “iets langer kon duren”.

We zijn inmiddels aan het einde van de week en mijn bestelling is nog steeds niet verzonden. Er kan ook geen duidelijke indicatie worden gegeven wanneer dat wel gebeurt.

Voor mij past dit niet bij het beeld van een merk dat kwaliteit en service uitstraalt.
