Warning: Poor Experience! I would rate this service zero stars if I could. I purchased two pairs of winter fleece leggings. The black pair came with a hole, and the navy pair has discoloration with the dye running, making it look terrible. When I attempted to initiate a return through the website, it stated that it wasn't possible and directed me to an email for customer support. I reached out multiple times, but I never received a response. I also tried messaging on social media without any reply. In a last-ditch effort, I commented on their promotional post, only to have it deleted. This feels like a scam, and they won't issue a refund if there's an issue with your order.
