As others have commented, I have also been a huge fan of Love Leggings for years and bought literally dozens of pairs. However, since the company name-change (to Lovall) there has been a steady decline in both quality and value, unfortunately. I ordered two pairs earlier this week; same colour, same style, same size as always, and when they arrived yesterday I was shocked to find that the usual, soft, stretchy, comfortable material has been replaced by something which gives neither comfort nor stretch in any direction; in fact I struggled to get them on, such was the lack of any ‘give’ in the fabric.
These leggings have never been cheap, but their quality and consistency (especially in sizing) have always justified the price until now. I shall be returning these tomorrow. How very disappointing.
I absolutely love these leggings and have many pairs, but this particular one had a defect. I reached out to the platform without success, which was disappointing. However, I decided to email the seller, and a wonderful representative named Charlotte helped me out. She was very supportive and is sending me a replacement pair. Therefore, I rate their customer service 5 stars, but unfortunately, the platform's customer service gets a 0, as it has been a week since I sent my inquiry.

Her emails were courteous and comforting, and the instructions she provided were straightforward and easy to follow. The entire process was seamless and stress-free thanks to her assistance. Warning: Poor Experience! I would rate this service zero stars if I could. I purchased two pairs of winter fleece leggings. The black pair came with a hole, and the navy pair has discoloration with the dye running, making it look terrible. When I attempted to initiate a return through the website, it stated that it wasn't possible and directed me to an email for customer support. I reached out multiple times, but I never received a response. I also tried messaging on social media without any reply. In a last-ditch effort, I commented on their promotional post, only to have it deleted. This feels like a scam, and they won't issue a refund if there's an issue with your order.
I am still awaiting an email to confirm that my replacement item has been dispatched after my original order was lost in transit. The order was placed on 29 November, and a replacement was first confirmed on the 9th and then again on the 17th of December. I understand this is the busiest time of year; however, as a paying customer, I expect a reasonable level of service. It has been extremely difficult to get in touch and work with the support team. The final order date for Christmas was yesterday, yet there seems to be little effort to resolve existing issues. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and urgency in addressing this situation.
This is my third order from this platform, as the winter fleece leggings are fantastic and cozy. Unfortunately, this time the leggings had a seam issue. However, after reaching out to the support team, I have a replacement pair arriving in just two days. The representative was very helpful. A reliable service.
I recently placed an order for 7 items and received an email stating that one item was unavailable, leading to store credit being issued. I contested this and requested a refund to my original payment method, which they processed. However, I only received 1 item in the mail. I attempted to reach out via email and chat for updates on the remaining 5 items but have received no response. It's disappointing because I really enjoy their products, but this level of service makes me hesitant to order again.
The representative was fantastic! She assisted me with my missing order since the courier did not deliver it to my address. She arranged for a replacement to be sent out for next working day delivery. She consistently followed up on her emails and never left me waiting. Thank you so much!
Unsatisfactory customer support! Ordered three pairs of leggings but received only one. I've reached out via the website and chatbot, but received no response. I've also emailed with no reply. There's no contact number. This is unacceptable. This mistake is on the company, not me. Since I paid with PayPal, I've opened a dispute with them. PLEASE IMPROVE!
