I ordered on Black Friday and was told it was shipped, but Royal Mail still hasn't received it. Tracking shows it's still processing. The chat support didn't help, and I've emailed multiple times without a response. If I don’t hear back soon, I will dispute the charge. I used to order without issues, but something has clearly changed.
