My experience was highly disappointing; it took ages to get a response. I only received part of my order and had to repeatedly reach out before I got the rest. This process took days, even weeks, with no timely replies. The customer service was the worst I've encountered. Eventually, they sent the remainder of my order a month later, with no apology or compensation offered. To top it off, what I received was incorrect. It's frustrating because their products are of good quality, but their customer service needs significant improvement.
