I ordered two mother-daughter bracelets, one for my daughter and one for myself. The stones meant to represent her dark red birthstone look more orange than red. I had hoped for a special experience for Christmas, but it turned out to be a major letdown. Additionally, the shipping took much longer than expected. When the package finally arrived, it was torn, looked muddy as if it had been stepped on, and the jewelry boxes were crushed. I've emailed the support team for a refund but haven't heard back yet.
