Hello, I ordered a bracelet and then saw another I preferred. I emailed and they explained that my order had already left the warehouse, but I could exchange it upon receipt. I ordered two mother-daughter bracelets, one for my daughter and one for myself. The stones meant to represent her dark red birthstone look more orange than red. I had hoped for a special experience for Christmas, but it turned out to be a major letdown. Additionally, the shipping took much longer than expected. When the package finally arrived, it was torn, looked muddy as if it had been stepped on, and the jewelry boxes were crushed. I've emailed the support team for a refund but haven't heard back yet.
I recently purchased a mother-daughter ring as a Christmas gift for my daughter, and we were both extremely disappointed when the gem fell out less than two hours after she received it. It was quite embarrassing for me as a mother, especially since it symbolized our relationship. The outcome was far from ideal, and we are not satisfied. Returning the ring was also complicated, making us feel taken advantage of. I just want to receive the ring I paid for.

The bracelets arrived swiftly and are stunning. I would certainly make another purchase from this platform. The products are lovely, and their customer support is excellent.
I received an email stating I placed an order for 2 items totaling 51.99 on Nov. 4, 2025. I immediately emailed stating I did not place any order. It did not show what card was charged, only said manual. I immediately locked my cards so no charges could be taken. I have since set Sarah Pelea at info@ lovecocojewelry 7 times. SEVEN. I asked to cancel the order 4 times. They were unresponsive I then got an email it was shipped. I emailed said person at said email 2 more times. They were unresponsive. I sent a final email requesting to return like they require informing them they made a mistake, I don't want their crappy merchandise, that the difficult time they gave me in the past the first and only time I purchased something from them, was returned. I got the run around for 6 weeks. I'd never use them again. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER RESPONDS TO ISSUES. THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL. AWFUL COMPANY.
