I recently placed an order with LoveCrafts and unfortunately had a disappointing experience.
There were two issues with my order:
First, one of the yarns (Barry shade) had a knot in the middle of the skein, which affects the quality and continuity of knitting.
Second, I received a completely different shade than what I had originally ordered, which is very frustrating when you are working on a planned project.
I contacted customer service regarding both issues, but the response has been slow and not very helpful so far. As a customer, I expect better quality control and more responsive support.
Overall, this experience has been disappointing, and I hope they improve both their product quality and customer service.
