I had a problem with a missing parcel. And had no way of contacting the carrier. I asked Anastasia at the Smiles Team if she could please contact the carrier and ask what had happened to my parcel. Anistasia did that, found out which office was holding my parcel and I was able to go there and collect it the next day.Thank you so much for your help Anistasia and Smiles Team.
