Incredibly unprofessional and deceptive service. I ordered a product through a seller's official website but never received my item. There was no tracking information, no courier details, and absolutely no communication from their end. I attempted to reach out using the provided emails—one was invalid, and the other received no response. Phone calls also went unanswered. This level of neglect is unacceptable. They accept payment but fail to deliver the product or offer any support. Completely unreliable, misleading, and irresponsible service. I would strongly recommend others avoid ordering from this seller. Worst experience ever.
