So… the UK FCDO advised against all essential Travel to Cuba on the evening of Thursday the 12th of February. Our holiday had to cost over £10,000, and I was extremely worried wondering if I would ever see any of my money again. However, A huge thanks to Laura at Love Cuba, Who was calm, reassuring, and most helpful. Today the 16th of February she confirmed that we would have a full refund within 28 days. I was dreading months of arguments, excuses and having to go to ABTA or through the courts to get my refund. This company has certainly showed its metal by being so decent. Such a rarity nowadays. We will certainly be back to make another booking once the restrictions are lifted. Come on, folks … Let’s unite and help the people of Cuba, and prove to Trump that he can’t bully the entire world!!!
