Ordered a cot on the 28/11 was told expected delivery was 3-4th of December, ended up being delivered on the 1st (luckily worked from home this week) I was on all day 1st - not one knock on the door nor any parcels left. Waiting till the 4th - nothing. Contacted these saying I haven't received anything. A picture was sent (a small fraction of a door that they pointed out opened the opposite way) and a map showing where the vehicle was parked. The map was opposite my door but no parcel? Back and forth with this company just keep saying about the images not listening that I hadn't received it. I contacted Amazon who haven't helped because this company declined resend or a refund! Almost £180 down right before Christmas and no help of Amazon or this company. Beyond disappointed!
