order not received nor any dispatch or delivery notifications other than money taken and invoice so I googled it and apparently they WENT INTO ADMINISTRATION (according to hempelf)Despite that they still took my order AND were still advertising coronation weekend discounts up to 2 days ago- however there seems to be a new buyer so perhaps all is not lost but if so and they want to renew trust then they need to get their act together pronto - hopefully all is not lost and eventually Ill get my order. As it stands today I was unable to contact them: Their online chat is unattended, email doesn't get a response and no phone available. That's far from promising.UPDATE: I’m not sure what the problem was but it might have been partly my fault.I’ve received the goods! Very pleased. Changed the rating to four stars as dashed good value ( with discount) and once communication established there was no problem.
