I found a cheaper booking for same trip somewhere else less than 48 hours after booking with them and tried to have a conversation with them and they were very uncooperative. Every conversation I tried to have was rebuffed. Even if they could not meet the same price they refused to budge. The difference was more than £400. It’s obvious they do not care about customers. I feel scammed
