This company took our money and only booked the flight in the beginning!After several months they then tried to book what we booked months earlier!They then offered a free upgrade for a holiday that would cost half the price.If we didn’t accept we would lose thousands of pounds on the flights because it’s none refundable.Then all the lies begin but generally the call centre say they’ll check the recordings agree something will be done and then days before you go say tuff.I forgot to say they didn’t even tell me I was going to the wrong hotel, because they are so dodgy I rang ahead and they told me I wasn’t getting what I’d booked.This was an £8000 pound holiday and they totally got it wrong
