Booked a holiday and got dates mixed up , after requesting an amendment on the date which was 10 mins after I payed for the holiday , they wanted to charge me £970 , which I declined then requested a cancellation of the holiday , then wanted to charge me £750 to cancel the holiday , after an hour on the phone with the adviser they managed to cancel the holiday which end up costing me £250 loss the deposit money plus admin fees which totalled to £250 bare in mind this was less than 24hours after booking the holiday. Really applaud with how love holidays charge ridiculous fees for amendments and cancellations,
