I thought that the booking process and regular updates was straightforward. The hotel was really good. Food excellent and staff were outstanding. The on site SPA was a stand out for me. They gave the best massages I have had and all the staff within it were exceptional. A real stand out for Soukaina who was very knowledgeable and capable of delivering outstanding massages. Indoor pool was excellent too, well worth booking.Can't give feedback for the entertainment as didn't join any activities, but heard things were happening from the pool.Would recommend an out of season trip to this hotel to anyone.The only downsides for me were the sparkling wine not being part of all inclusive ( is included in the iberostar) and the Moroccan tea was disappointing, lacked flavour and wasn't at all pleasant.The free shuttle to the centre souks was great. Even though you had to book in advance, I didn't have any issue with availability.
