I made an easy mistake with the booking, and it seemed to me extremely difficult to get it put right, as well as having to pay £115 to Ryanair I also had to pay £25 to love holidays, even though I picked up on the error within a couple of hours of making the booking. So advice to all, would be take extra care and don’t have distractions when booking your holiday.Love holidays have been helpful, and kept me informed, disappointing to have been charged. Ryanair who I had to contact separately, appauling, £115 to change the first name only, takes the absolute Pxss !
