Very disappointing, and it only works when you just book and don’t need anything sorting after. The after care is shocking for Love holidays, appalling to say the least. I booked a holiday and made a mistake with dates in less than 12 hours, the following morning, I called them to amend the dates and I was given 3 different prices to change the dates. To my shocking the other person admitted that the price I was previously quoted was a mistake and she quoted me a massive price. I was surprised that they can make a mistake but I am not allowed to make a mistake, shocking. Never again with this company. Please don’t ever make a mistake otherwise you are on your own
