Booked a holiday with loveholidays, everything was going well, until I had a family emergency, and had to rebook my holiday. Loveholidays wanted to charge me more than double the cost of my initial booking I paid to amend to a different date. When the difference to was only a few £100 more than what I initially paid. Unfortunately, they were not flexible or accommodating to me as the customer. I knew I had to pay the difference but they wanted to charge me more than double the amount I paid for my initial holiday booked. I honestly feel that is very unreasonable because I did try to rebook more than recommended time frame to cancel or amend booking. This is honestly not fair. I paid the full amount for my holiday and all I needed to do was rebook due to unforeseen circumstances and it was like booking another holiday from scratch plus what I had already paid.
