Do not trust them, Reviews and Photos are all lies! Missold a ‘4★’ nightmare hotel, wasted money and

I booked a package with Loveholidays for what was advertised as a 4 star stay at Hotel Royal Jinene Beach & Spa. The photos were extremely deceptive and the hotels are nothing like they appear. What we got would struggle to qualify as a 1 star.Nothing about this place matches the photos or description on Loveholidays’ site. The hotel is old, decrepit and feels genuinely unsaf.Firstly, the elevator is literally falling apart, it shakes violently, panels are loose, and even the floor indicator has dropped behind the glass. My friend has mobility issues so stairs arnt an option for him.The balcony barrier is loose enough that if I were to put my full weight on it to enjoy my view of a trash pile (which I paid an extra £20 for) it feels like it could give way.Our “sea view upgrade” is actually a view over a dump yard, something conveniently missing from the photos. The shower is rusty and broken and sprays everywhere, the sink is blocked, and while the room itself was clean, general state of the building is filthy and derelict. There is no Wi-Fi in the room despite that being a basic expectation in 2025.The waterpark, a big reason we booked this hote, is completely shut, with no warning before we travelled. The breakfast and dinner we paid for are is horrible. We’ve spent more time trying not to gag than actually eating. We’ve paid to be stressed, disgusted and worried about our safety.I booked through Loveholidays in good faith, based on their photos, star rating and description. In my opinion, this is blatant misrepresentation and completely undermines any trust I had in them as a tour operator. When I complained to them, they asked me to send evidence, I sent them some videos but this doesn’t appear to be enough. It seems as though they want me to to conduct a full inspection for them as they aren’t bothered to do anything themselves.Right now, I am cheated out of my money, my time and my holiday. I would strongly warn anyone booking with Loveholidays to think very carefully, I would try Viva Holidays instead, I’ve had far better experiences and customer service
