This conduct is unlawful under UK law, specifically Regulation 55 of the Payment Services Regulations 2017, which prohibits any payment transaction made without the valid consent of the payer. Such transactions are illegal, unenforceable, and must be refunded immediately.I have withdrawn my consent in writing on multiple occasions, and your continued attempts to charge my account constitute a serious breach of both the Payment Services Regulations 2017 and Article 6(1)(a) of the UK GDPR.Unless this behaviour ceases immediately, I will be reporting the matter to the police via Action Fraud and will reserve my right to pursue legal action for the distress, anxiety, and inconvenience directly caused by your unlawful actions.
