We booked a holiday only two weeks ago to Thailand, unfortunately we are unable to now go due to family issues. Due to helping family members in Jamaica from the hurricane we can no longer go financially. However to cancel the holiday it’s going to cost £1400!! And that’s more than half holiday cost! The holiday is not till February next year. We are so shocked by the cost of the cancellation fee as never had another company charge so much. This is totally unacceptable and would like to understand why it’s this much.
