Hotel was great but shuttle transfer service arranged by love holidays from airport was terrible. It took over one hour to turn up at airport, then did about 15 hotel drops before us, so it took over one hour to get to our hotel on top of one hour wait, when it is only a 15 minute drive from the airport.These delays were not made clear when making the booking. When I told love holidays this they refused to offer compensation. I would advise private taxi and not shuttle bus arranged by love holidays.
