I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Loveholidays has been so unacceptable that I feel obliged to warn others.I booked a trip to Budapest and the airline changed the flightime to one that does not work for us. I’ve spent weeks trying to resolve what should be a simple issue, but Loveholidays’ customer service has been utterly chaotic.I’ve raised multiple tickets, only to have them closed without answers. I’ve been told to contact the airline directly (who, of course, say Loveholidays must handle it), then told to open new tickets for the same issue. Every reply comes from a different person who clearly hasn’t read the previous messages. I’ve even been promised a management call within 24 hours that never happened.At this stage, I’ve lost all confidence in Loveholidays’ ability to manage even basic booking amendments. If anything goes wrong with your trip, be prepared to fight for weeks to get help — or none at all.In short: the prices may look appealing, but the stress, wasted time, and lack of support are absolutely not worth it.
