The hotel we were given was the San Remo in Larnaca the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. It is in total disrepair and had bed bugs. The staff were rude. I made a complaint to love holidays and the compensated me £31.56. It is a joke. They do not care and just fob you off all the time. I would never book with them again. Awful company selling holidays to hotels that should be closed down
