WORST experience booking a holiday I've ever had and it's still not sorted. Booked three rooms and flights for my family then just after needed to add one more person into one of the rooms already booked, sounds simple, however love holidays claim to be able to AMEND the booking but I now know it speaks to their supplier and the booking is effectively CANCELLED then subject to new pricing and availability 😡We had our room types changed and had a £300 variation on cost within a few minutes of trying to confirm this.I have spent the last couple of weeks trying to get a room type sorted as it's not suitable for a family if basically adults to be in the same space, while waiting on two possible options to be advised the first option changed and was offered as changing all our rooms to a LOWER standard and charging us an extra £700 for this😡Love holidays may have things hidden in terms and conditions but BEWARE they say AMENDMENTS but it's actually CANCELLED.
