Had purchased a holiday for Egypt earlier last month. Contacted hotel to see if they had the reservation for our stay next Saturday. They informed us that they had no reservations. Love Holidays was informed & then emailed us yesterday to say that the hotel couldn’t accommodate our stay which we had already paid in full. They then went onto to cancel the whole booking & now are asking for £1,200 cancellation cost for the flights. The communication system has been useless & can’t help resolve this issue. Myself & friends are currently out of pocket because of this situation & now have booked a new holiday in a different country through a trusted company. Will never be using love holidays again, absolutely shocking service.
