I contacted the support team immediately and was informed that I would need to wait 48 hours for a date change. Additionally, I was told there would be no refunds, and if I wanted a different flight, I had to reach out to the airline myself. The airline was helpful and canceled my flight, issuing a full refund. However, the challenging part is that I can't secure new flights as no one is responding. I've called multiple times and received inconsistent information. I'm at my wit's end, just wanting to change my dates and adjust the flight prices.
