However, if you encounter issues while traveling, such as flight cancellations, the service shows little interest in assisting you, claiming it's the airline's responsibility. They couldn't even provide the airline's customer service information. This will be my first and last experience with this service; I usually rely on a travel advisor who would resolve everything in a single phone call. Instead of passing the responsibility to the airline and leaving customers in a tough spot, they should improve their support. Disappointing customer service! Lesson learned.
