Extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will certainly not return. The room was poorly cleaned, and the floor was so dirty it felt sticky. Overall, it did not reflect the images online. My room lacked a kettle and shampoo, and when I requested a charger adapter at the reception, I received a very dirty one. I would share a photo to illustrate, but I'm unsure how. I've never encountered such a filthy charger before. The sound insulation is also inadequate. I came to relax, not to hear arguments in the middle of the night. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was terrible, forcing me to rely on my own mobile data. This hotel claims to be 4-star, but it barely qualifies as a 3-star. I am very dissatisfied.
