I booked flights with long stopovers. My fault, however the screen showed the flight time in miniscule type, and did not actually say "direct/indirect" or "stops". Loveholiday rep told me I could get a refund on these flights (as cancellation within 24 hours) and book direct flights. However, after many days, they said they could not book any of the flights I could see on Skyscanner. I had to book them myself, and I am still waiting for refund from original flights.
