We had a transfer booked from the airport to our hotel. We had delays due to luggage arrival. It took more than 60 mins to get out of the airport. As a result, the driver left. Loveholidays said that is in the t&c, so they can't anything and can't give a refund despite no taxi. Awful customer service. Just talk to AI. This was a holiday we booked and then 5 days later, it magically cost £400 more to secure. Companies like these can't go bust soon enough.
