A. The airline allowing full refunds for all flights till End of March
B. The hotel being fully refundable
LH said if A is the case for me to contact the airline however the airline has said that LH has to do it.

Also their logic doesn’t make sense. They aren’t allowing any holidays to be booked to the Middle East until end of March but only refunding tickets already booked to be refunded until the 10th?
