Worst company I've ever dealt with. AI phone system is painfully slow to try and fob you off and block access to a human. Long irrelevant messages, any excuse to end call. If lucky to get through to human they cant make any changes to flights or hotels. All requests result in ticket logged with a 5 day response time, even then they don't reply within 5 days and it's an email reply. Really bad customer experience. They operate illegally outside of the customer code of conduct. Avoid this painful company
