I booked online and only after paying deposit noticed the date wasn’t what I originally wanted. I phoned as soon as they next day and they done nothing to help. Apparently non refundable is also non amendable but this is only seen in small print. Ryan air give 24 hours for free amendments but love holidays would do nothing with accommodation stating they would need to cancel and rebook leaving me to pay twice, and if I didn’t pay balance would be sent to debt collector
