I'm surprised that you and your other colleague were unable to find my booking. The link that you provided is not working. Last year I sent several emails also. Provide a different method of communication so I can supply the booking ref detail.
I rang yesterday to get help with my reservation and lady told there is nothing she can do. It stressed me a lot, but I decided to try again. Call was answered by Jacky and she couldn't be nicer, spent lots of time with me on the phone to help me resolve the problem. Me and my kids thank you so much for your help.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience booking with Love Holidays! From start to finish everything was so easy and stress-free. The booking process was straightforward, the prices were brilliant, and all the information we needed was clearly laid out.
Our holiday went exactly as planned – flights, transfers and accommodation were all smooth and well organised. It made travelling so much more relaxing knowing everything was taken care of.

Great when things are going well but if you need to make a change or need help they are a disaster. Waiting five days for a simple change of flight They then send a message saying there are no flights on the chosen day or there are no seats. Both statements completely untrue But you can’t make the change yourself It’s like a Kafka novel
Due to unforeseen circumstances of a family member not have long to live, this morning I tried to change my booking, tomorrow is the last day for a refund on my hotel and I was told it will take 5 days before someone comes back to me to change and at that stage I will loose the cost of the holiday. Absolutely shocking . Stay away from love holidays there are so many other agencys out there with more empathy and compassion
We specifically chose and paid extra for a Garden View room because the view and atmosphere are an important part of our holiday experience. Instead, upon arrival, we were given a room with a completely different view, nothing like what was advertised or what we had paid for.
After a long journey, the last thing anyone wants is to start their holiday with frustration and disappointment at reception. Instead of relaxing, we had to spend time raising complaints and trying to explain that the room we received was not the one we booked. This situation unnecessarily affected the beginning of our stay and left a very negative impression.
When travelers pay extra for a specific room type, they trust the platform to deliver what is promised. Unfortunately, in this case, that trust was broken.
We sincerely hope Loveholydays takes situations like this seriously and improves the accuracy and responsibility of the listings offered on the platform, so other travelers do not have their holidays start the way ours did.

Had an issue booking on the app , ai bot just on phone call is not great, but then i got through to Daisy hawkins and she was brilliant, was able to get me sorted within ten minutes and was so kind and helpful!

The service is straightforward and offers good value for the price. Typically, you receive what you expect for your investment. The only reason this isn't a full 5-star review is due to an unfortunate incident a couple of years ago regarding prepaid parking that I had to cancel. I was supposed to receive a refund of €80, but it never came through. Aside from that, my experience has been positive, although I no longer utilize their airport parking service and have opted for an alternative instead.
Had a fantastic experience overall. I particularly appreciated the use of filters that helped us find exactly what we were looking for. The addition of flights made it a convenient one-stop solution for our holiday planning. I will definitely use the service for my next vacation!
The hotel you promoted is not open during my travel dates next March. I'm currently awaiting another option from you. This was meant to be a Christmas gift, and it's being compromised by the fact that you offered a hotel that is closed.
