Due to unforeseen circumstances of a family member not have long to live, this morning I tried to change my booking, tomorrow is the last day for a refund on my hotel and I was told it will take 5 days before someone comes back to me to change and at that stage I will loose the cost of the holiday. Absolutely shocking . Stay away from love holidays there are so many other agencys out there with more empathy and compassion
