I rang yesterday to get help with my reservation and lady told there is nothing she can do. It stressed me a lot, but I decided to try again. Call was answered by Jacky and she couldn't be nicer, spent lots of time with me on the phone to help me resolve the problem. Me and my kids thank you so much for your help.
