Ok we're do I start.right filled in a complaint form from a recent Trip to the canaries the place was terrible.anyway after a month they said they sent my complaint to the post holiday department who want me to fill it all in again.tried to talk to somebody all I got was sandy for 35 mins.going nowhere called the booking number got thru to a real person in 55 seconds.
